7 Days Replacement (Factory Defect) and 12 Months Manufacturer Warranty
Conditions: 
1. Warranty coverage starts from the date of purchase.
2. Unit and its accessories must be from scratches and dents.
3. Warranty covers only factory defects. Any defect brought by negligence or misuse of the customer such as:
   a. Charging or using items beyond the required voltage as indicated in the user's manual.
   b. Mobile phone has been unlocked/opened line (SIM Lock units)
   c. Undergone repair other than CELLZONE Technicians.
   d. Damage incurred by using fake batteries and chargers.
   e. Units with scratches, cracks, broken accessories, liquid presence, hard pressure, drop, bent board, and left in dangerous conditions like extreme heat. 
   f. Damage incurred by program modifications: virus, overloaded memory capacity, and security code lock. 
4. Replacement does not cover if a customer suddenly changes his/her mind about the item purchased. (ex. color, model)
