  • How do I start shopping online in C.Cellzone?
    For step-by-step shopping instructions, please follow the progression below: When you have found a Product on the Website that you would like to buy, please click on the button labelled "add to cart". This will add your Product to a virtual "shopping cart". To remove a Product from your virtual shopping cart, click on the button labelled "remove" by the product. To add more Products to your virtual shopping cart, click on the link labelled "continue shopping". To pay for the Products in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click the button labelled “check out". When you click the “check out" button, you will be asked to provide various information necessary to process your order and deliver the Product(s) to you. You can provide this information by filling in the fields requested on the screen. All highlighted fields must be completed. We respect your right to privacy and will only use any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • What are the payment methods available?
    Now, we only accept Paypal, Credit/ Debit Card and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
  • How do I know that my order has been shipped?

    For Shipping: same day delivery(metro manila only) and standard Delivery 1-3 days (within Metro Manila) 5-7 days (Provincial Areas)

    Yes, all our goods are brand new and original. We will never sell counterfeit smart phone and smart devices
  • How Do I Track My Order?

  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    No Cancellation of orders after confirmation via email has been made, cancellation may incur charges of 10% for the added operations cost including the shipping fee as any order will be automatically booked with couriers.
  • What Is Your Return Policy?
    RETURNING OF ITEMS Accessories and novelties 7 days replacement only, receipt must be attached to the item. Mobile Phones & Other Devices 7 days replacement for factory defects/ software defects. 1year warranty for parts & services from manufactures’ authorized service center. Smart Devices 7 days replacement 60 days Service Warranty *Claiming of Replacement & Warranty Replacement may be done in any nearest C.Cellzone branches for Luzon, for Visayas and Mindanao, can be shipped back to the Head Office free for replacement. (Charges of the shipping will be returned after sending the items back as replacement.) Only items found to be defective or for replacement within 7 days that courier or shipping fee will be shouldered by the company. Our E-Commerce Sales Agent will give you instruction on how to return the item. *FOR ITEMS UNDER REPLAMCENT OR W/ WARRANTY: If a brand new item sold by C.Cellzone, malfunctions or does not function due to a manufacturing defect, the defective item will be replaced or repaired subject to the following conditions: Corresponding Sales Invoice / Delivery Receipt with carrier, tracking number, proof of shipment details must be captured and presented; No physical damage to the subject item;
